Hospital Director - Spire Wellesley, Southend on Sea, Essex Comprehensive Market Leading Remuneration and Package Spire Healthcare was founded from the acquisition and rebranding of 25 Bupa hospitals in 2007. You will work closely with an experienced senior management team, including a site-based Finance Director, providing you with support and guidance as you settle into the role and continue to grow in your career. You will also collaborate with a dedicated local workforce and benefit from strong relationships with our consultants and local NHS partners. This role offers a solid foundation to develop your skills and contribute to shaping the hospitals business strategies. Key aspects of your role will include: Supporting and contributing to the development of high-performing hospital teams who are engaged in the Spire vision and purpose. Assisting in the delivery of local hospital and group-wide change, transformation and business improvement projects. Playing a key role in managing hospital capacity to ensure efficiency, support growth opportunities, and meet business objectives. Contributing to commercial growth by identifying and helping to develop local business opportunities and partnerships. Interested?
