Overview
Compass Associates is thrilled to partner with one of the UK's leading independent providers of mental health and well being services. Together, we are seeking a dynamic Hospital Director for a specialist low secure service for older males (50+) with a forensic background. This is a small, tight-knit service with just 13 beds, offering a unique leadership opportunity. Key Responsibilities
Oversee the hospital's operations, financial performance, and quality standards Lead and manage the Senior Management Team (SMT) in daily business operations Monitor performance against quality indicators and implement improvement strategies Ensure services are delivered efficiently, within budget, and meet performance targets Drive continuous improvement and manage change across the service Key Requirements
NMC registration or a relevant social care professional qualification Prior experience in a healthcare management role Proven track record of driving organisational change and continuous improvement Commercial accountability for cost control and financial performance Desirable experience in a similar setting, working with forensic mental health patients Clear DBS Location
The service is conveniently located near Romford, offering excellent connectivity to Chelmsford, Enfield, Watford, and Cambridge. Salary & Benefits
