Quoin House, Fishponds Road, Wokingham, Berkshire, RG41 2QJ. 37.5 hours a week over 5 days with a start time of 7:30 am. Benefits of our Hospital Manager: £46,569-£59,730 per annum salary Annual pay reviews and increases 33 days holiday (including bank holidays) Length of Service Rewards Continuous Training and Development Programme What you can expect: To be the CQC Registered Manager for the hospital. To be part of a dynamic and growing team that is empowered to make decisions that mirror the values of SpaMedica in delivering the highest quality of eye healthcare. Some travel across the Area as part of the Area Management Team and continue to share best practice. What you will be doing: Ensuring the quality of care delivered at the site against recognised standards. Rotating and developing a multi-disciplinary team to meet the levels of service and activity for the hospital. Leading on incidents, safeguarding alerts, referrals, and complaints. Monitoring SLAs and escalating as required. Ensuring all stock levels are maintained to deliver healthcare services. Staff management and performance. Managing the performance of consultant surgeons that work from your site to ensure SpaMedica continues to deliver the highest calibre of clinical services and customer service. Maintaining relationships on a regular basis with the local CQC team. Ensuring that regulations used by CQC are maintained, monitored, and notifications submitted as required. What are we looking for in our Hospital Manager? Someone who can lead a team to achieve excellence. Ability to analyse data and act upon it, using bespoke systems and MS Office products to an intermediate level. Resilience to manage difficult conversations and complaints.
