We're looking for a Kitchen Porter to carry out cleaning of all kitchen areas and equipment, in accordance with the Head Chef's instructions, and in compliance with the Compass Group hygiene, health & safety procedures on a part time basis, contracted to 27.5 hours per week. Your key responsibilities will include: Perform all cleaning duties as per the rota Report any equipment and/or building fabric faults and any hygiene, health and safety hazards to my line Manager Maintain excellent personal hygiene Wear the correct uniform and personal protective equipment, ensuring it is looked after Comply with all Company hygiene and health & safety procedures Work in a safe and tidy manner at all times, ensuring I consider my colleagues, clients and customers Adhere to the company Health, safety and food safety manual Comply with all relevant laws, regulations and company and unit policies concerning environmental issues Successfully complete my health and safety, food hygiene and environmental training Adhere to the Company Handbook Our ideal Hospitality Personnel will: Have a passion for delivering outstanding service, greeting customers with a smile and serving them with pride Take initiative and make decisions that are right for our customers Be an excellent team player with great communication skills Have a desire to succeed in your role Possess the ability to work under pressure As part of Compass you'll help to feed people, fuel progress and forge connections in around 6,000 venues.
