As a Hospitality Assistant, you will be responsible for providing service excellence to our customers, guests, and clients during events, conferences, and weddings. £13.15 hourly + overtime Responsibilities: Ensuring clean furniture, dining tables, and chairs are available for the guests, maintaining a high standard of presentation. Cleaning and polishing all cutlery and glasses/crockery for the next event. Preparing hospitality food and beverage requests offered to customers/clients/guests in designated meeting spaces in a presentable manner. Working without supervision and taking initiative over duties and tasks without being directed. Serving our guests with a genuine and positive demeanor, ensuring all service is efficient and of the highest quality. Working on licensed bars serving alcoholic beverages. Using coffee machines. Assisting with ordering and deliveries as required. Preparing all hospitality requirements, ensuring all items are available, and reporting any shortages to your line manager. Counting and packing away any linen and equipment hired for an event after its conclusion. Possessing excellent product knowledge (food/beverage).
