As a Hospitality Floor Manager for Sodexo at ACC Liverpool, you will play a key role in supporting and leading the delivery of all hospitality events, ensuring that high service standards are consistently met. Your focus will be on motivating and engaging the team, fostering a positive and collaborative environment, and ensuring guests have an exceptional experience. You will be responsible for facilitating effective communication and teamwork across the hospitality team, ensuring smooth operations. During quieter business periods, you will also support and lead internal and VIP corporate meetings. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, beverage, and people, with excellent attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to inspire and develop a team to deliver outstanding service. A commitment to high guest satisfaction and a drive to nurture talent within the team will be essential in this role. What you'll do:

Oversee customer service in all hospitality and internal areas, collaborating with hospitality account managers and operational leads. Lead, motivate, and train the team to ensure high performance and exceptional service delivery across events. Support event leads with the set-up and smooth running of hospitality events, including stock management and kit preparation. Ensure post-event clean-up and compliance with company procedures, including cash-up protocols. Work with the Head of Bars and Cellar to manage stock for events and support drink offers and menu planning. Address and resolve guest complaints, ensuring their needs are anticipated and met to enhance their experience. Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies, while fostering a welcoming atmosphere and promoting upselling opportunities. Demonstrated experience in hospitality management or customer service, ideally in a supervisory capacity. Strong leadership abilities with a focus on effective team management and motivation. Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail. A personal licence (APLH) is preferred but not essential. Job Details:
