We are looking to expand our leadership team at The Royal Windsor Racecourse and are currently seeking experienced professionals within the Hospitality industry on a Casual basis. We need strong, efficient, and skilled individuals to effectively operate their assigned areas, which range from our fine dining to casual dining restaurants, Hospitality suites and boxes, as well as our event Marquees facilitating various events. The ideal candidate will have previous hospitality experience, the ability to lead and manage a team, confidently liaise with clients, and organise functions and events where applicable. To succeed in this role, you are expected to lead from the front, be hands-on, and support your staff during their shifts. A high level of attention to detail and the ability to work in an organised fashion to ensure client satisfaction are essential. The guests’ focus should be at the forefront of everything you do, and you should train your staff to develop the same focus and mindset. We encourage managers with a positive can-do attitude towards all things hospitality, those who can keep their team busy and engaged even during quiet periods, and take advantage of training opportunities to further support and develop their team. Responsibilities:

The responsibilities of a Hospitality Manager are varied. You are expected to coordinate various events and functions and deliver high-quality standards while representing The Royal Windsor Racecourse. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential to effectively manage and delegate to your team. Problem-solving capabilities are required, along with the ability to build client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction. Upholding our company standards regarding hygiene, health and safety, training, and presentation is vital for the success of the chosen candidate. Ideally, the Hospitality Manager would already possess knowledge of company standards and professionalism and would only need support in tailoring that knowledge to Windsor Racecourse.
