Following successfully winning this new long term contract, my client, an industry award winning contract caterer, is looking for a strong hands-on Catering Operations Manager, based in central Oxford.
My client is looking for a hands-on service led candidate, who is confident to lead a large team, working closely with the Exec Chef and Client, managing multiple events of differing sizes at the same time. The business has multiple event spaces, covering 2 floors, with 2 kitchens, so you will need to be organised in order to manage the site effectively.
As part of your role, you will have the opportunity to manage a large team of staff, made up of part-time, full-time and casuals, using your skills and experience to train and coach them to ensure the best service for the clients at all times.
As well as a great salary of up to £55k, this role also offers a great industry leading bonus scheme, pension, and meals on duty.
