Responsibilities
Service Excellence : Ensure all hospitality exceed client expectations. The candidate will support a range of events throughout the academic calendar including but not limited to graduation, freshers and open days. Operational Efficiency : Manage hospitality area, ensuring it is well-maintained, clean, and compliant with Health and Safety regulations. Ensuring every detail of service delivery is executed flawlessly. Must be able to work evening and weekends/ flex working hours to suit the demands of business. Support the outlets / retail manager in quiet periods of hospitality service. Assisting with the loading/unloading of deliveries. Compliance : Ensure adherence to company policies, statutory regulations, and health & safety standards, including hygiene, cleanliness, fire safety, and COSHH. Financial Management:
Assist the contract director in achieving financial targets. Ensure all bookings are recorded and invoiced correctly. Attend any hospitality related meetings. Acting as the go-to person between clients, Front of House, and catering teams. Bring ideas and innovation to the hospitality department. Representing Chartwells and maintaining a positive brand image. About Us
