Job Summary: As a member of our hospitality team at Kingsholm your primary responsibility will be to deliver outstanding customer service to our guests during matches and other events. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive and memorable experience by providing a high quality drinks service, addressing guest inquiries, and maintaining a clean and organised work environment.

Responsibilities: Provide a warm and welcoming greeting to guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take and accurately process orders in a timely manner. Serve drinks to guests according to our high service standards. Process payments using our point-of-sale (POS) systems with precision. Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about the stadium, events and services. Keep work areas clean and well-organized, including tables, counters, and serving stations. Set up and break down hospitality areas before and after events. Monitor and replenish bar supplies to ensure availability for guests. Follow health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction. Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older. Previous hospitality experience preferred. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong multitasking and organizational skills. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Ability to stand for extended periods. Knowledge of food and beverage handling and safety regulations. Positive attitude, team player, and professional demeanor.
