The ideal candidate will have a strong background in networking, PC support, and hotel application knowledge. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's IT infrastructure and providing exceptional support to our staff and guests. Key responsibilities of the Hotel Cluster IT Support Manager include: Manage and maintain the hotel's IT infrastructure, including networking, servers, and PCs. Provide technical support for hotel applications, ensuring they are running efficiently and effectively. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for staff and guests. Collaborate with other departments to ensure IT systems meet the needs of the hotel. Implement and maintain security protocols to protect the hotel's data and systems. Train and support hotel staff on the use of IT systems and applications. Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements in the hospitality industry. Project management and assisting with preparing budgets in relation to IT costs. At times supporting the wider Hotel estate. If you’re our ideal Hotel Cluster IT Support Manager, you will: Have proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry. Be creative and bring new ideas to the table. Have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail. Understand that everyone’s knowledge of information technology is different! You’ll need to be able to present your ideas to non-technical audiences at times. Strong knowledge of networking, including LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and firewalls. Proficiency in PC support, including hardware and software troubleshooting. Experience with Microsoft Azure and Office 365 and knowledge of security platforms. Why come join us?
