Take ownership of the food, beverage, and events operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day management of the hotel's multiple outlets, including Conference & Events, Restaurant & Cocktail Bar, Afternoon Tea, and In-Room Dining. Work closely with the General Manager, influencing strategic decisions and preparing for progression to a future GM role. Lead and inspire a dedicated team of managers, assistant managers, and staff, fostering their development while maintaining a culture of excellence.
