We are seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to lead one of our premier venues. As a

General Manager

with Scotsman Group, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards of customer service, and driving both financial and operational success. Key Responsibilities: Oversee

all aspects of the venue’s operations, ensuring seamless and efficient service delivery. Lead, motivate, and develop

a team of professionals, fostering a positive and dynamic working environment. Ensure

compliance with all health, safety, and licencing regulations. Monitor

and manage financial performance, including budget control, revenue generation, and cost management. Develop

and implement strategies to maximise sales and profitability. Maintain

high standards of customer service, ensuring a memorable experience for every guest. Drive

marketing and promotional activities to attract new customers and retain regular clientele. Requirements: Proven experience

as a General Manager in the hospitality, leisure, or a similar industry. Strong leadership

and team management skills, with a focus on employee development. Excellent communication

and interpersonal skills. Financial acumen

with the ability to manage budgets, analyse financial performance, and implement improvement strategies. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service. A proactive, results-driven attitude

with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge

of health and safety regulations, licencing laws, and other relevant legislation. What We Offer: Wagestream
