Beaverbrook Town House is looking for an experienced and passionate Hotel Manager to oversee all aspects of operations and lead a team committed to delivering the highest standards of guest and member experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong Food & Beverage background. You will ensure operational excellence across Housekeeping, Maintenance, Guest Relations, Food & Beverage, and Events, while fostering a collaborative, cost-conscious, and proactive working environment. Salary:

Who you are: Commercially astute, with a strong understanding of luxury hospitality and essentially Food & Beverage. A proven leader who leads by example and provides clear direction to teams. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and empower staff. Effective communicator who can engage with team members, guests, members, and external stakeholders. Confident decision-maker with a focus on guest experience and service excellence. Proven experience in a similar leadership role within a luxury property is essential.
