Hotel Manager

to join the newly refurbished

Woodlands Hall Hotel, at Woodlands Hall Holiday Park in Ruthin. We are looking for a commercially driven and innovative leader with a strong background in Food and Beverage to optimize financial contributions while delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have an astute understanding of customer service, leadership and management principles, with a strategic mindset and excellent problem-solving capabilities. You will report to the Park Manager. Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the hotel that includes housekeeping, front of house, reception, and food & beverage. Recruit and onboard team members with all necessary training to meet Company standards. Maintain budgets ensuring the profitability of the hotel. Coordinate with the marketing department to promote the hotel’s services to boost occupancy and Food & Beverage sales. Ensure all facilities, 7 hotel bedrooms, and 26 holiday caravans are maintained and cleaned to brand standards. Ensure all areas meet health & safety standards, and comply with licensing laws. Manage and resolve customer complaints swiftly and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Rota team to meet the needs of the business while meeting labour percentage targets. Monitor employee performance and conduct regular evaluations to help improve retention, engagement, and customer service. Manage and monitor stock and orders with Company preferred suppliers. Stay current with local competition and industry trends to ensure the hotel remains competitive and a preferred destination for repeat guests.
