Hotel Office & Reservations Manager
to oversee the administrative and operational functions of the hotel's front office.
The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily operations, excellent customer service, and efficient communication between departments.
As the Office Manager, you will be expected to: Manage the hotel's revenue. Manage rates and occupancy. Manage all online media presence and website amendments. Be the face of the front desk, offering a warm welcome to new and returning guests. Oversee day-to-day operations of the hotel reception, including all hotel bookings and billings.
This is a full-time permanent position offering an annual salary of £35,000 for a 42-hour contract. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am - 6 pm, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends required to cover any sickness.
