We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Remote Hotel Reservationist to join our team. You will focus on booking accommodations and managing room reservations for clients. If you have excellent communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and a passion for hospitality, we encourage you to apply. **Job Responsibilities:** -Handle hotel reservations, including receiving inquiries, making bookings, and confirming room availability. - Interact with guests via phone, email, and in-person to assist with reservation inquiries, changes, and cancellations. - Assist guests during check-in and check-out, ensuring a smooth and efficient process while addressing any special requests or concerns. - Collect payment information, process reservations, and issue invoices or receipts as needed. We offer mentorship and guidance to help you succeed in your role and create outstanding events for our clients.  This is a remote position, providing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home or any location with an internet connection.
