Felsted School is looking for a dedicated House Parent for our Senior and Junior Campus for the International Summer School 2025. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the welfare and development of students during their stay at the school. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and support students in all aspects of their daily life. Ensure a safe and positive environment for all students. Communicate effectively with parents and school staff. Organize and participate in activities and excursions. Manage student behavior in accordance with school policies. Minimum Requirements: Experience in a similar role or working with children. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
