Are you passionate about supporting individuals in overcoming addiction and trauma? The Nelson Trust is seeking a dedicated House Senior to join our team in Brimscombe, Stroud. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the day-to-day operations of our male-only treatment service, supporting the leadership team, and ensuring the highest quality of service provision. You will be responsible for line managing the male staff team, including the twilight team, and ensuring they have clear professional development plans and meet key performance indicators. Your role will also involve supporting the Program Manager in developing the male-only group programme, facilitating group interventions, and managing client cases. We operate a trauma-informed model of care, and part of your role will be to support client case management and the development of recovery capital for our clients. We are looking for someone with a minimum of three years’ experience in support services, a strong understanding of recovery capital, and experience in line managing staff teams. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, as well as proficiency in IT. The ideal candidate will be a strong team player with a warm, friendly demeanor and the ability to build rapport with clients and staff.
