greater. Package Description 40 hours per week £15 per hour We also offer a range of resources, rewards, and benefits for our colleagues and their families. Main Responsibilities Supervise the cleaning team to ensure a spotless service. Create a welcoming environment for our clients, colleagues, and team members. Train new employees on cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and company policies. Maintain attention to detail across our corporate building's restrooms, kitchen areas, and office spaces. Ensure safety, sanitation, and training procedures are followed. Escalate any maintenance or repair needs as required. Monitor cleaning supplies, ensuring the team has what they need to uphold high standards. The Ideal Candidate Essential Previous leadership experience is an asset, but a strong cleaning background and enthusiasm for progression is key. Ability to lead by example and communicate clearly with the team. A proactive attitude, willing to adapt to changing cleaning priorities and support the team as required.
