Dunluce Lodge, our new 5-star luxury resort in Portrush, is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping department. This crucial role ensures that all guest accommodations and public areas reflect the highest standards of cleanliness and luxury.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage the daily operations of the housekeeping department.
  • Train, schedule, and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure top-quality cleanliness.
  • Develop and implement housekeeping systems and procedures.
  • Manage inventories of cleaning supplies and linens, ensuring budget adherence.
  • Inspect rooms and public areas to enforce standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest satisfaction and efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager in a hotel or luxury resort setting.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
