Dunluce Lodge, our new 5-star luxury resort in Portrush, is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping department. This crucial role ensures that all guest accommodations and public areas reflect the highest standards of cleanliness and luxury.
What You'll Do:
- Manage the daily operations of the housekeeping department.
- Train, schedule, and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure top-quality cleanliness.
- Develop and implement housekeeping systems and procedures.
- Manage inventories of cleaning supplies and linens, ensuring budget adherence.
- Inspect rooms and public areas to enforce standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest satisfaction and efficiency.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager in a hotel or luxury resort setting.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
