As a Housekeeping Team Member, you will play an essential role in ensuring that our hotel is clean, comfortable, and inviting for our guests. You will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining all guest areas, including guest rooms, public areas, linen rooms, and cupboards, and always ensuring that service levels are exceptional. Your role will involve servicing hotel bedrooms and public areas to company standards and within allocated time frames. You will be familiar with agreed cleaning standards and presentation of all room categories and report any damages or breakages promptly to ensure repairs are carried out. You will also be responsible for returning all equipment to their allotted storerooms at the end of each working day and keeping the storerooms and working areas clean and tidy. Benefits

Has previous experience in a similar role and understands the importance of attention to detail in housekeeping. Is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and takes pride in delivering clean and well-maintained guest rooms and public areas. Is a team player who is reliable, punctual and able to work collaboratively with others. Possesses excellent time management skills and is able to prioritize tasks effectively to ensure all areas are cleaned to a high standard within the allocated time frame. Is physically fit and able to carry out the physical demands of the job, including lifting and moving heavy objects, standing for extended periods of time, and working in a fast-paced environment. Has good communication skills and is able to work effectively with other departments to ensure the smooth running of the hotel. Has a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop new skills. Is familiar with health and safety regulations and has a good understanding of the proper use of cleaning equipment and chemicals. Has a good eye for detail and is able to spot areas that require extra attention, such as stains or damaged items. About Us
