real estate transactions , you'll play a key role in supporting our clients and driving the team's growth. Housing Solicitor Responsibilities:
Manage Home Ownership Transactions including shared ownership, newbuild sales, lease extensions, RTB/RTA, and deeds of variation. Deliver excellent client service and ensure compliance with professional and firm standards. Participate actively in
business development
initiatives. Develop your expertise with ongoing mentoring and training opportunities. Contribute to the team's success by supporting junior colleagues. Handle billing processes and meet income targets. What's in it for you?
