Housing Development Project Officer
Public Sector - Local Authority Full Time - Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week Temporary Role - 3 months with possible extension Hybrid Working - 3 days per week in office based in Ealing, W5 23.72 per hour PAYE / 30.86 per hour Umbrella Paid Annual Leave entitlement (PAYE) IT equipment provided As a Housing Development Project Officer, you will collaborate with managers across various projects and tasks, leading teams to deliver exceptional service development outcomes. Your responsibilities will include: Drafting detailed project plans and managing assigned projects using established project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2). Participating as a team member in service reviews, providing expert advice and support. Conducting audits, investigations, and surveys to assess service quality and recommend enhancements. Analysing complex business processes and systems to propose improvements and best practices. Designing and maintaining databases and records to facilitate benchmarking and service development functions. Our client is seeking a candidate who has the following abilities: Provide the necessary work entail in the project assigned. Perform any administrative work. Provide or have the knowledge to give advice on legal housing provisions, especially relating to homelessness, property allocation, and procurements. Good communication skills. Ability to respond to MP enquiries and complaints. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Able to collate statistical data and provide reports.
