Job Title: Housing Disrepair Paralegal (GK) Job Description: We are seeking a Housing Disrepair Paralegal with experience to join a very successful team based in Bolton. Role Responsibilities: The incoming Housing Disrepair Paralegal will be joining a very successful team working on a caseload of Housing Disrepair files. The specialist team all handle a variety of files surrounding Property Litigation and Housing Disrepair. You will be required to run your own caseload of both pre-litigated and litigated files from start to finish. Person Specification: Applications are sought from experienced Paralegals or Fee Earners with at least 12 months' experience in Housing Disrepair. Experience in this area is essential, although a general property litigation background will also be considered. Any experience in Cavity Wall or Japanese Knotweed would also be desirable for this role. About the Company: The firm is a highly successful law firm based in Bolton.
