30k- 42.5k plus bonus and annual salary review On offer: Competitive salary, 30k- 42.5k based on experience + bonus. Your Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of pre- and post-litigated housing claims, working under Sections 9a and 11 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985. Draft Letters of Claim, assess damages, negotiate settlements, liaise with counsel, and issue court proceedings. Use Proclaim CMS and communicate effectively with clients. Candidate profile: Experience in Housing Disrepair or significant contentious civil litigation. Skilled with CMS (Proclaim), able to bill work at Grade B or above. Highly organised. IT literate.
