The Role
As a Social Housing Solicitor in this team, your responsibilities would include:
* Handling Civil Litigation claims on behalf of social housing providers.
* Tasks will include but not limited to ; disclosure, witness interviewing, drafting pleadings, advising clients, liaising with experts, preparing / drafting letters, and undertaking legal research.
* Working closely some of the firm's largest clients.
* Running a caseload which includes a variety of housing disrepair, statutory nuisance claims, anti - social behaviour claims and injunctions.
