Drafting reports, consultation documents, and job descriptions Supporting with consultation meetings and accurate record keeping Attending union meetings and completing job matching exercises Creating and implementing action plans to address challenges, including managing absence and supporting with Occupational Health referrals Coaching managers in addressing difficulties Delivering comprehensive and integrated HR consultancy to enable the service to meet its strategic objectives Maintaining excellent stakeholder management and supporting the Director of Housing Management This is a temporary position for a maximum of six months, covering the entire restructure process from consultation to implementation and post-implementation support.
