10am - 16 January 2025 Job Information: An exciting opportunity has now arisen at Shelter Cymru for a Housing Law Caseworker who will work within our Housing Services team based in North Wales at our Felinheli offices. The post holder will be part of a team who provide a National Housing Advice Service. In this role, advice will be delivered primarily to regular face-to-face surgeries, housing possession help desks in courts in Northwest Wales, and on occasion remotely. The post holder will be office-based/work out of the Felinheli office during the induction period, with some flexibility to work from home, subject to line manager's approval. Following a successful induction, the post holder may choose to work part of the week from home. Benefits: 29 days annual leave plus 2 Shelter Cymru days and public holidays (pro-rata for part-time staff and those joining part-way through the year).
