Service Care Legal are recruiting on behalf of a London-based housing association who are seeking a Litigation Solicitor to join their team on an initial 3 month contract basis. Please find below further details with regards to this position.
ROLE:
Housing Litigation Lawyer LOCATION:
South London RATE:
£34.77 to £38.28 per hour LTD CONTRACT:
3 months, 35 hours per week
Please note that this role would be hybrid working.
The Role To manage a caseload of matters in relation to housing management, landlord and tenant and other contentious litigation matters Caseload would consist of disrepair, tenancy management possession claims, ASB and landlord & tenant matters To draft legal proceedings, witness statements and pleadings The Person A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Barrister with a current practising certificate Experience of working within the public sector (e.g. Housing Association, local authority) Strong technical understanding of housing litigation cases If this Housing Litigation Lawyer role sounds like an opportunity of interest, please feel free to reach out to Lloyd Stanley on 01772 208969, or email lloyd.stanley@servicecare.org.uk.
