will be: Managing complex caseloads involving anti-social behaviour, debt recovery, and tenancy breaches. Providing sound legal advice and conducting litigation, including issuing and defending claims. Preparing and presenting cases in court, including drafting pleadings and correspondence. Collaborating with external agencies and promoting the organisation's reputation with stakeholders. The Successful Applicant The

should be: A Solicitor or Legal Executive - NQ-5 years PQE. Experienced in housing law, possession proceedings, and civil procedure rules. Skilled in managing complex cases and drafting high-standard legal documents. Confident attending and presenting in court, including open court hearings. What's on Offer Competitive salary of £40,000-£50,000. 12-month FTC with hybrid working (3 days on-site, 2 days from home). Healthcare benefits and career development opportunities.
