Within this Housing Litigation Solicitor role, you will be responsible for:
Handling a varied and complex caseload of social housing tenancy and leasehold disputes
Housing Management matters
Residential leaseholds
Attending Court and tribunals
Providing written and verbal legal advice in litigated and non-litigated matters
Supporting the Head of Departments and Partners on their cases
Contributing to the growth of the overall team and maintaining a strong network
The successful candidate for this Housing Litigation Solicitor role based in Preston will ideally have at least 1+ years PQE, be able to work well under pressure, and be looking to make a difference with their work.
