A great opportunity has arisen to work for a Housing Association in North-East London who are looking to bring in a Housing Officer. The role itself is 3-months temporary contract. Experience Required: 2+ years’ experience as a generic Housing Officer. You must have strong experience dealing with revenue collection, income maximization, income/ rent arrears. An up-to-date DBS and references available. Full driving licence and access to a car is desirable. Key Responsibilities: Providing comprehensive housing management service in accordance with organisations policy including rent, ASB, leasehold matter, cleaning, and ground maintenance. Maximising revenue collections such as rent. Managing arrears to minimise revenue loss throughout the service. Ensuring tenants are aware of their responsibilities under their tenancies.
