What you’ll need:
Experience of carrying out robust enquiries. Competency to decide homelessness applications with a good understanding of Part VII Housing Act 1996 (as amended), the code of guidance, and case law or substantial experience of preventing homelessness with a particular focus on the private rented sector. The ability to provide excellent outcomes for vulnerable clients, and high-quality customer service. A full current UK driving licence. An enhanced clearance with the Disclosure and Barring Service (paid for by us).
