Housing Paralegal - Exeter Join an award-winning law firm and advance your career as a Paralegal. Our client, a well-established law firm with multiple offices across the South West, is seeking a Paralegal for their dynamic Housing Management team in Exeter, Devon. In this role, you'll take ownership of various case files in their initial stages and support other fee earners from first hearing through to trial. Responsibilities include: Handling court directions Managing disclosure Gathering evidence and witness statements Assessing risks Advising clients on innovative solutions to their problems To be considered, candidates must have prior experience in litigation, ideally with their own caseload. Knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) and the litigation process is essential. The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary based on experience and a generous benefits package. After the initial training period, you will have the option to work on a hybrid basis with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office (alongside other requirements).
