Homeless Prevention - Housing Pathways Support Manager

£38,850 per annum (37 hours)

You will work as part of the Housing Pathways Team which encompasses teams who work together to support people housed through the Rough Sleeper Initiative (RSI), Intensive Housing Management (IHM) or live at The Spires, a 26-bed supported accommodation service for people who are at risk of rough sleeping in central Preston.

The teams deliver support using a person-centred approach that promotes independence, responsibility, healthy lifestyles and personal wellbeing.

You will manage the RSI and IHM teams and assist the Homeless Prevention Manager to further develop the services we offer, exploring new opportunities that benefit our communities as new funding initiatives arise.

We are looking for:

Someone with values that match ours

A person who can work with tenants who have experienced multiple disadvantage, without judgement

Someone who is passionate about creating trauma informed services

Experience of delivering supported housing services and has strong housing management knowledge

Someone who works well under pressure and manages conflict when it arises

Someone who can lead, motivate and develop their team

Strong safeguarding awareness and knowledge

It would be a bonus if you also had:

Experience of tenant co-production

Developed Trauma Informed Care and Psychologically Informed Environments

Have a housing related qualification at degree level or equivalent

Experience of delivering training to others

Have change management experience or training
