Housing Repairs Administrator Contract: 2 year fixed term x2 Positions
Salary: £26,873
What you will be doing:
Receiving calls in a customer focused and polite manner. Handling customer calls and email enquiries for repairs and complaints. Co-ordinating and raising jobs for repairs. Communicate with staff, clients and other stakeholders in a professional manner. Other duties necessary for the effective operation and positive reputation of the business.
What's essential:
Organised and a positive work ethic. Experience and an understanding of Social Housing Repairs and customer services (min 1 year). (Preferable) Experience in a local authority. Ability to work well under pressure. Work well within a team. Experience in 365 and experienced in using housing software. Strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Customer service focused. Confident with client facing responsibilities. Willingness to work flexibly where required.
Hours:
Full-time, Monday to Friday Hybrid working if WFH is suitable. Min 2 days on site option to work 5 days is available.
