Hamilton Woods Associates are working with a Bradford based charity that is looking for a number of Housing Support Workers to work with clients with offending issues. The role is initially offered on a temporary basis with scope to become permanent.
Responsibilities of the Housing Support Worker includes:
Providing housing related support and intensive housing management to those with offending issues Managing referrals and conducting needs and risk assessments Key working service users 2-3 times per week at their properties across Bradford Fostering joint working with other agencies and services to provide holistic support Providing practical help and support to service users Updating the organisations housing management system with all contacts, support plans and risk assessments
Essential criteria of the Housing Support Worker include:
Enhanced DBS Experience within a similar supported living environment UK driving license and access to own vehicle
