Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic HP Product Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the development of our product offerings, utilizing a range of technical skills. Role and Responsibilities Be our internal HP champion, working closely with our sales and marketing teams to grow and manage the day-to-day relationship with HP. Develop an in-depth knowledge of HP products and solutions, understanding the whole HP portfolio including services and new products. Identify key product/solution opportunities for Systemactive and communicate them to the sales team. Collect and distribute product roadmap information to sales teams. Be the go-to person for bid/pricing queries. Be aware of HP stocking policies into distribution to ensure Systemactive sales teams are aware of any challenges or opportunities around stock holding. Act as a Systemactive Brand Advocate within HP. Support MDF campaigns. Attend HP and Systemactive events where appropriate. Maintain a regular presence in HP offices to build and maintain an internal HP network for Jarvis/Systemactive sales. Develop Systemactive relationships with HP ISRs to increase sales opportunities. Assist on the sales floor to identify product opportunities and address queries. In conjunction with the marketing team, manage and build out co-branded HP & Systemactive content to drive digital engagement. Analyze social media metrics and develop engagement strategies in conjunction with the marketing department. Ensure all relevant HP training and events are communicated to internal sales managers. Identify key HP events for Systemactive to attend and be willing to participate. Complete partner-required product training. Support HP Amplify requirements and ensure we are on track with HP expectations. Collate and report HP sales forecasting to the HP partner manager. Be aware of the HP 5 Point Plan detail and ensure we are measuring and reporting on any areas of concern in plan execution on a day-to-day basis. Work with the Jarvis Vendor Manager to ensure they are aligned with HP activity around MDF and the 5 Point Plan. Perform any additional activities to support the HP relationship as necessary. Qualifications and Education Requirements Degree level preferred. Preferred Skills Excellent written and verbal communication. Strong attention to detail. Strong commercial awareness. Demonstrable ability to think on your feet. Planning, prioritization, and time-management skills. Customer service skills. Pre-sales support experience. Sales floor experience. Social Media strategy knowledge. Product Marketing experience. Desired Experience Hardware vendor experience – ideally HP. Product management experience. Sales and marketing experience. Job Type:
