This role offers the opportunity to work in cutting-edge laboratories, conduct bioanalysis, oversee training and development, and ensure laboratory excellence. Your innovation and expertise will drive efficiency, compliance, and the highest analytical standards. Our client has recently gone through huge injections of funding for their R&D sites, which is why they are looking for further Clinical Analysts to join their teams. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct and supervise drug extraction from biological matrices using U/HPLC techniques in line with GLP standards. Lead and train analysts to enhance skills and expertise. Perform root cause analyses for OOS investigations and implement CAPAs. Oversee equipment validation, maintenance, and safe lab practices. Prepare and review SOPs, analytical reports, and laboratory documentation. Collaborate with Laboratory Management to maintain audit-ready laboratories and high-performance standards.
