The Post As a highly respected and successful Trust, we are seeking to appoint a first-class Administrator to work within our HR department. Previous experience of working within a school environment and within HR is desirable but not essential. The ability to work accurately and to cope with the demands and pace of the workflow are essential, as are the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, and work well within a team. Training will be provided for the various ICT systems used, although proficiency with ICT in general is essential. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate an excellent grasp of the written word plus a friendly telephone manner. This role will suit an experienced HR administrator looking for a role within an educational setting or an experienced administrator looking to further their expertise in HR. The role is full-time, all-year-round, but applications for term-time only plus 2-4 weeks will be considered.
