Job Responsibilities: • Assist in daily operations of the HR and Admin Dept of the Company / Group Companies. • Liaise with recruitment agents and arrange candidates for interviews. • Handle foreign workers’ matters including applying and renewing work permits, managing foreign workers’ accommodation, workers’ repatriation, and computing timesheets. • Record staff medical reimbursements. • Handle staff H&S and WIC claims. Work with freight forwarders on the import documentation for custom clearance. Arrange for insurance and coordinate delivery. • Responsible for office equipment, staff uniforms, pantry refreshments, stationery, etc. • Responsible for company vehicles' inspection, renewal of road tax, and insurance. • Organize monthly staff birthday celebrations, assist in annual dinner and dance, Christmas, and CNY celebrations. • Handle phone calls and incoming emails. • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
