are delighted to be working with our client based in Cookstown looking to appoint a

HR Administrative Assistant

to support their HR team on a part time basis. What You'll Be Doing: As an integral part of the team, you'll: Act as a note-taker during employee relations meetings. Administer employee benefits like long-service awards and healthcare cashback plans. Calculate holiday entitlements and manage annual leave records. Generate and present HR data reports for line managers. Handle HR documentation, including contracts and probation review letters. Keep our internal communication app updated with company news. Manage employee queries via the HR Mailbox, working closely with the Group HR team in UK. Organise and maintain employee records with precision and confidentiality. Oversee onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with Right to Work checks and other requirements. Process payroll-related changes on a weekly and monthly basis. Support recruitment efforts by coordinating interviews and providing a seamless experience for candidates. Update employment records on our HR NTD system. About you: A minimum of a degree in HR/Business or Level 3 CIPD qualification. At least one year of administration experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel). Exceptional attention to detail. Desirable Skills: Experience in HR administration. Familiarity with NTD or similar HR systems. Confidence in note-taking during complex meetings.
