Here at GXO, we are currently looking for an HR Administrator to join us at our ASOS site in Barnsley. You will provide a timely, effective and comprehensive support to line managers within GXO Logistics ASOS in all aspects of the employee lifecycle from Recruitment and Selection to termination.

This is a full-time, permanent role working Monday to Friday, 10:30 - 19:00.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £25,710 per annum and 264 hours annual leave inclusive bank holidays. What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Develop the correct behaviours and culture within area of responsibility according to the GXO Logistics values and commitments
  • Promote the quality and value of the overall HR function both within and outside of GXO
  • To manage clerical recruitment process with appropriate third-party suppliers, controlling all terms and conditions for recruiters and performing audits where appropriate
  • Ensuring all new starters are administered on the system, and that P files are created to the best class standard

What you need to succeed at GXO:

  • Excellent knowledge of HR Policy, Practice, Employee Relations and Change Management Relevant qualifications further learning in areas
  • Good use of Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Demonstrate excellent organisational skills/prioritise workload effectively
  • Takes ownership of processes and responsibility for own workload
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
