Position

The HR Administrator will provide first-line support and assistance to all employees on HR matters. Providing a generalist HR administrative service to support the HR team in the successful delivery of business objectives and growth across all Regions and new entities.

Main Duties And Responsibilities

Support the HR Manager in the provision of professional advice, guidance and information to employees in all aspects of HR in line with the employment laws of the respective country and business requirements. Ownership of the HR inbox, acting as the first point of contact for all incoming mail to ensure all queries are acknowledged, responded to or escalated in a timely manner. Liaise and support the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a smooth transition between recruitment and offer stage, carrying out the necessary HR actions. Responsible for the completion of all necessary new start enrolment and documentation, including employee references. Promote an excellent onboarding process for new personnel including the responsibility of conducting HR inductions for all new employees. Manage HR system with updating all new starts, leavers and employee changes throughout the employee lifecycle. Maintain HR files and folders ensuring all documentation and details are kept up to date. Responsible for processing leavers from the business, including conducting exit interviews. Responsible for the administration of creating, revising and removing HR documents on our IMS as and when requested. Support the HR Manager to keep all HR policies and processes up to date in accordance with the employment laws of the respective country and fit for purpose, minimising waste and where possible adopting a uniformed approach across the regions. Generate regular reports on HR metrics, such as headcount statistics. Support HR team with employee relation issues, including taking minutes of meetings or preparing documentation. Support with the administration of the Company’s Group Benefits schemes for all business entities. Support management and employees with completion of probationary and appraisal processes to ensure these tools are fully utilised. Support and administer employee reward programmes. Alongside the HR Coordinator, responsible for completing monthly payroll checks. Provide cover for the HR Coordinator during periods of leave. Promote employee engagement while being responsible for the administration and communication of annual employee surveys, supporting and implementing any outputs. Actively promote company values and positive culture while leading by example. Adhere strictly to the Company's procedures and policies.

Requirements

Skills Requirements

Excellent organisation and time management skills, proactive and self-motivated. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to a dynamic environment across multiple time zones. Accountability for dealing with confidential and highly sensitive information. Professional work ethic with high level of personal integrity. A strong team player. Proactive approach to HR as a value-add function. Strong interpersonal skills.

Experience, Competency And Qualifications

Masters or Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Human Resources, or equivalent, in a related field. Excellent knowledge and use MS office applications. Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience gained within an HR office environment is preferred but not essential.
