We are looking for someone responsible for supporting the HR needs of 170 manufacturing and management staff and managing Time & Attendance in an industrial or manufacturing business. Confidence in your skills and knowledge is essential, as is the ability to adapt to ever-changing requirements. This role offers a fulfilling and challenging experience. If you're seeking an easy role, this position may not be for you. In this role, you will provide day-to-day HR and Payroll support (Time & Attendance) services to the site. Experience in HR procedures is important; however, full support and training on company-specific procedures will be provided upon starting. Excellent communication and administration skills, including a good working knowledge of Excel and Word, are essential. Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to): Support the site management team in implementing and driving all HR and People management agendas. Assist with all HR and payroll-related procedures and policies. Control time and attendance anomalies, holidays, sickness, and overtime. Communicate with and support Group HR and Payroll as appropriate. Role Location: You will be based centrally with the HR Admin team but will take responsibility for all HR functions of another site in the Midlands.
