Annual Salary: £34,000 Location: Ascot Job Type: Full-time 9-5 Join our dynamic team at Secondary school in Ascot, where we are committed to fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Admin to support the HR department and contribute to our mission of excellence in education. Day-to-day responsibilities:

Manage HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, overseeing payroll, and administering benefits. Assist in the recruitment process, from posting job ads to onboarding new hires. Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures. Provide support in employee relations and performance management. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Required Skills & Qualifications:

CIPD Level 3 qualification. Preferably hold a DBS check. Previous experience working in an education environment is highly desirable. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Benefits:
