HR Administrator , you’ll be at the heart of our HR operations, providing vital administrative support across the entire HR function. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support for internal and external HR matters. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records. Assist with recruitment processes, including drafting and placing vacancy ads, arranging interviews, and communicating with stakeholders. Oversee onboarding processes, including drafting offer letters and contracts. Monitor and track induction and probation periods, providing timely updates to managers. Support payroll processes, absence management, and background checks (e.g., DBS). Take notes in HR-related meetings (e.g., disciplinary hearings). Draft and issue documentation related to employee matters. Assist with ad-hoc HR projects and provide general support to the HR team. This role is perfect for someone currently in an administrative role who wants to start or further develop their career in HR. About you: Previous experience in an administrative or HR role is an advantage. Strong understanding of confidentiality and professionalism. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to demonstrate empathy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively both independently and as part of a team. A flexible approach to working hours and locations (must hold a UK driving license).
