About the role HR Administrator Part time - 15 hours per week Permanent Contract Shifts available Monday - Sunday, 8.00am - 8.00pm UK Notional hourly rate £12.48 per hour (Inclusive of an 25p per hour, store specific location allowance) B&Q Banbury Our in-store teams take incredible care of our customers. You'll do the same for them. Supporting line managers to coordinate everything from work rotas and payroll to recruitment and training, you'll make sure the team has all they need to deliver for our customers. Key responsibilities Administer all employee processes within company guidelines, policy and procedures. Deliver best practice and audit compliance. Support line managers with HR-related queries. Cover store opening hours on a rota basis, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays. Required skills & experience Previous experience of using HR or payroll systems (SAP HR) would be preferable but isn't essential. Strong administrative skills with experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel). Experience of supporting business change and handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
