Our client, a leading organisation in the industry, is seeking a talented HR Administrator to join their dynamic team on a temporary basis. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy providing exceptional administrative support, this is the role for you! What you'll be doing:
Taking on day-to-day administrative duties, including creating letters, monitoring the HR inbox, and inputting data into our client's HRIS. Assisting with contract completion for new starters within the HRIS and ensuring a seamless onboarding process, with the support of our client's talented People and Talent Team. Coordinating and maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee data. Providing prompt and professional responses to employee inquiries, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and effective communication. Supporting HRBP adhoc requests, such as creating job advertisements to attract top talent. What we're looking for:
Previous experience in HR administration or a related field. Experience using HiBob. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed to a high standard. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Proactive and self-motivated, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. What's in it for you?
